The process of designing a plan with a client is always a challenge, whether for a renovation or new construction. It's also important that the builder understands the specific zoning and building code requirements assuring an efficient project that finishes on time and without legal issue. We pride ourselves in listening closely to the client's list of desires and developing a direction that will both satisfy the structural elements of the project and fit within a given budget.

It's true that almost any house can be built on any lot, but a proper site evaluation very early in the design process is crucial to a successful project. Each potential home site will have it's own unique requirements. From terrain, sun direction, to a particular view you want to focus on or minimize. Ultimately, a home that works in harmony with it's site and fulfills the wishes of its owners while meeting their budget is the final goal.

In this industry today, the options available for every aspect of a home can be daunting. It's critical that a builder stays in front of the new technologies as they work themselves into the market. Not every new idea lives up to the claims made, nor do they fit into every situation. Through continuous education of new technologies, and by utilizing quality subcontractors, we can deliver a finished product that meets each client's requirements.

In addition to working closely with subcontractors and suppliers, we have established working relationships with local realtors and lenders. They are an important resource for clients, especially if they are from out of town.
